Terms and Conditions
- Vouchers are transferable and are valid for one year and are redeemable for all hotel services in each hotel of the Gerstner Hotels & Residences, formerly Austria Hotels.
- The minimum value is Euro 25,00. Vouchers can only be made in Euro. The payment can conveniently be made by credit card.
- There is no right of reimbursement if the voucher is not used.
- There is no replacement in case of loss of the vouchers.
- If a voucher is used but not the total amount, no reimbursement is possible.
- A new voucher can only be requested if the remaining value of the used voucher is worth Euro 20,00 and above.
- Vouchers can be used in all hotels of Gerstner Hotels & Residneces, formerly Austria Hotels.
- Data protection the necessary data for the business transaction will be saved. Rest assured all personal data will be dealt with utmost discretion.
The order form is 128 bit SSL – keyed. For security reasons, the entire data exchanged between you and us will be indecipherable by others.
